We’re down to five PSU defendants, as charges against Justin King have been dropped at this morning’s preliminary hearing.

Also, Fight On State actually sent Mark Brennan to the courthouse today, and he’s been providing play-by-play. That’s probably the best coverage you’ll get on the hearing.
Late update: Lydell Sargeant, Jerome Hayes, and Tyrell Sales are all cleared as well. Now we’re just down to Anthony Scirrotto and Chris Baker.
