Golden Delicious

No, not Al Golden.
“Golden Delicious” is the new album (iTunes) by one of my all-time favorites, Mike Doughty. Some of you will remember him as the former front-man for Soul Coughing, one of those off-the-radar but slightly influential 90’s bands. After Soul Coughing, he steadily built a solo career out of the back of a rental car, playing small and large rooms all across the nation. The shows are always entertaining, even (and especially, in a sense) between songs.
Bought the new album for myself a few moments ago, but here are a few free tracks in an attempt to pique your interest. Take a listen and a moment to explore the fine music blogs who host the tracks.
