Judging by the pony tail that is occasionally seen, I think it is a woman. Given that the pony tail appeared to be dark, that would eliminate P.J. or Bobbie Jo (it doesn’t look like there style of twirling either) and probably Christine Wolfe. The video was posted by someone going by the name Lori too.
